1. 我們蒐集的資料
帳號資料（使用者名稱、登入憑證的雜湊）、服務使用紀錄（模型用量、點數異動、語音 session 時長）、您主動提交的內容（對話文字與語音僅於處理期間暫存，見第 3 條）、付款由金流服務商處理——我們不儲存您的信用卡號。
2. Google 雲端硬碟授權（重要）
當您綁定 Google Drive，我們僅取得 drive.file 範圍——只能存取由本平台建立的檔案，無法讀取您雲端硬碟中的其他內容。您的 OAuth Refresh Token 以 AES-256-GCM 加密儲存，解密僅發生在伺服器端。
本平台對自 Google API 取得之資料的使用，遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy（含 Limited Use 要求）：僅用於提供您主動啟用的檔案同步功能，不用於廣告、不販售、不供人工讀取（除非取得您的同意或法律要求）。
3. 暫存與焚毀（14 天）
AI 產出檔案先暫存於邊緣儲存（Cloudflare R2），14 天後自動永久刪除。綁定雲端硬碟者，檔案會同步至您自己的儲存空間——該副本由您完全掌控，平台不保留。
4. 資料處理協力者
Cloudflare（網路與暫存）、AI 模型供應商（DeepInfra、OpenRouter — 僅傳送處理所需的內容）、Microsoft（語音合成）、Google（雲端硬碟同步）。各協力者依其隱私條款處理資料。
5. 您的權利
您得隨時查詢、更正、刪除帳號資料，或解除雲端硬碟綁定（憑證即刻自系統刪除）。請透過聯絡表單提出，我們於 15 個工作天內回覆。
6. 政策更新
政策更新將公告於本頁並更新生效日。重大變更會於登入時提示。

Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
Account data (username, hashed credentials), service usage records (model usage, credit transactions, voice session duration), content you submit (chat text and audio are held only transiently during processing — see §3). Payments are handled by payment processors; we never store your card number.
2. Google Drive authorization (important)
When you link Google Drive we request only the drive.file scope — we can access only files created by this app, never the rest of your Drive. Your OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted exclusively on our backend.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: data is used solely to provide the file-sync feature you enable, never for advertising, never sold, never read by humans except with your consent or as required by law.
3. Ephemeral storage (14-day burn)
AI output files are staged in edge storage (Cloudflare R2) and permanently deleted after 14 days. If you link your Drive, files sync to your own storage — that copy is entirely yours; the platform keeps nothing.
4. Processors
Cloudflare (network & staging), AI model providers (DeepInfra, OpenRouter — receiving only the content needed for processing), Microsoft (speech synthesis), Google (Drive sync). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time, and unlink Google Drive (the credential is deleted immediately). Submit requests via the contact form; we respond within 15 business days.
6. Updates
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are announced at sign-in.
