You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from your account page. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period, because you keep full access until it ends.
Our Free tier lets you build and test a bot — including knowledge upload and product cards — before paying anything. We encourage you to try before subscribing.
Prepaid conversation packs never expire and remain usable while your account exists. Once purchased they are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the purchase resulted from our error.
If you believe you were charged in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 30 days of the charge. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.
For consumers in the EU/UK: by activating a paid plan you request immediate performance of a digital service and acknowledge that, once the service has begun, the 14-day statutory withdrawal right is waived to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights regarding defective services remain unaffected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment partner (merchant of record), normally within 5–10 business days.
