Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: name/username, email, login identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in profile basics).
• Bot content: the knowledge, images, product cards and configuration you upload for your bots.
• Conversations: chats between your bot and its end users, retained for 30 days to power your dashboard and transcripts.
• Billing data: handled by our payment partners (merchant of record); we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To operate the service: your bot content and end-user messages are processed by third-party AI model providers solely to generate replies.
• To meter usage and bill your plan.
• To improve the service using aggregate, de-identified statistics.
• Research (opt-in only): if — and only if — you explicitly enable the research option, de-identified conversation data (with personal identifiers stripped) may be used for academic research. Default is off, and end users see a notice in the chat widget.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use your knowledge base or your customers' conversations to train foundation models. Compute providers only ever receive the minimum content needed to answer a message.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure. OAuth tokens are AES-256 encrypted. End-user conversation logs are deleted after 30 days; your bot knowledge persists until you delete it or your account. Deleting a bot deletes its knowledge; deleting your account removes your content within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. billing).

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time via the app or by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR (including complaint to a supervisory authority).

Cookies

We use only functional storage (login session, language preference). No third-party advertising trackers.
