Terms of Service

1. The Service

Synchrorate lets you build, manage and deploy AI customer-service bots ("Bots") for your business: knowledge bases, product cards, conversation channels (website widget, LINE), automated actions (bookings/orders), and analytics. Paid plans unlock features and include a monthly conversation allowance; prepaid top-up packs add conversations that do not expire.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the configuration and content of your Bots.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Prices are stated in USD (local pricing may be shown where supported). Payments are processed by our payment partners acting as merchant of record for international orders.
• Subscriptions renew monthly (or annually, if selected) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.
• Unused included conversations do not roll over. Prepaid top-up packs never expire while your account exists. See our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to send spam or unlawful content; to deceive end users (your Bot is presented as an AI assistant); to infringe others' rights; to attempt to extract our systems, prompts or models; or to build datasets for competing model training. We apply fair-use limits (e.g. per-session message caps, rate limits) to protect the platform.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the knowledge, images and configuration you upload. You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service (processing your content through AI model providers to generate replies). End-customer conversation logs are retained for 30 days for your dashboard. Optional research use of de-identified conversations happens only if you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy.

6. AI output disclaimer

Bot replies are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate despite grounding in your knowledge base. You are responsible for reviewing your Bot's configuration and for the commitments it makes on your behalf (e.g. bookings, prices).

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms; where practicable we will notify you first. Upon termination we delete your content in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Changes and contact
