Say it once.
Get a finished creation — in your own cloud.
Synchrorate turns one sentence into multimodal deliverables — text, images, voice, and soon video — orchestrated across AI models, billed transparently, and synced straight to your own Google Drive. The open-model compute behind it is moving onto a global grid of idle GPUs.
What it does today
An AI workstation that ships finished work
🎬 Agentic creation
Describe a project; the platform plans the steps, shows a transparent cost estimate, executes across models, and delivers the result.
🎙 Voice assistant
Real-time, low-latency speech conversation with fixed natural voices and live transcription.
🖼️ Image studio
Open-model image generation (FLUX), prompts auto-translated for quality, priced from $0.003.
☁️ You own everything
Outputs stage for 14 days then burn — unless synced to your own cloud drive, where the only permanent copy lives.
Your data, your cloud
Privacy as a product, not a promise
Zero permanent platform storage. Generated files self-delete after 14 days unless they sync to your Google Drive. OAuth tokens are AES-256 encrypted and never leave our backend; we request only the minimal scope to touch files we created. The deeper your workspace, the higher your switching cost — and your data is always portable, because it was never ours.
How we win on cost
Not a cheaper reseller — a cheaper supply
Aggregate & monetize (today)
One gateway routes across the cheapest providers with automatic fallback, wrapped in a real escrow + credit billing engine. A working, monetized multimodal platform — live now.
Orchestrate & protect (the moat)
Agentic task planning and BYOS privacy are value moats that don't depend on being the cheapest — and that pure API resellers can't copy.
The idle-GPU grid (the endgame)
Open-source models (FLUX, Llama, Whisper, Wan) run on a global grid of idle consumer GPUs — structurally cheaper than datacenters for batch, open-model workloads, defensible via network effects.
Honest scope: the grid powers open-model, batch/async workloads. Real-time and closed frontier models (GPT, Claude, Veo, Sora) always route to paid providers.
The endgame
Demand-first DePIN
Pure compute marketplaces struggle with one thing: demand. They build the supply and wait for orders. We invert it — the creation app generates real demand first, then we supply it from a global grid of idle GPUs. The idle-GPU AWS for the open-model era, with a consumer app already driving the orders.
Plug in
Not a typical API aggregator
One MCP / API integration gives your app, agent, or n8n flow cheap multimodal AI that is metered, governed, and private by design. We don't just resell tokens — we own a cheaper supply and route it safely: miners run the compute but never see your content, identity, or files. The platform handles storage and delivery to your own cloud; the miner only ever gets an opaque job.
Why it's real
Built, live, and monetizable — not a deck
The billing system is real: pre-authorization escrow prevents wallet-draining abuse, a dual-bucket credit model separates paid balance from promotional grants, and every action is priced transparently in USD.
Roadmap
Where we are
✅ Phase 1–2 · Live
Gateway, escrow billing, voice + image + agentic creation, BYOS sync, accounts, global UI.
▶ Phase 3 · In progress
Video & voice-over executors, multi-agent swarms, B2B white-label, developer marketplace.
◷ Phase 4 · The grid
connect.synchrorate.com — onboard idle consumer GPUs as a demand-first DePIN for open-model inference.
